The Ipswich River Watershed Association is offering a great opportunity to conduct environmental education outings for youth on the Ipswich River. This position is part of our environmental apprenticeship program to train the next generation of leaders in the environmental field.The goal is to establish a transformational outdoor education program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead youth groups on canoe outings and present educational program on the natural history of the river and surrounding habitats. This is a seasonal position for the spring and summer of 2016 and will be based at their Riverbend headquarters with access to a diversity of habitats on the property and beyond. This will be an ideal position for someone interested in river ecology and nature interpretation and sharing their passion for the environment with youth groups.Please see the full position description for details and instructions on how to apply.
