Ipswich River Seasonal Apprentice Position Now Available [Closes 3/10/2017]
The Ipswich River Watershed Association is seeking a Seasonal Environmental Education Apprentice to plan and present river-focused educational programs to school and community youth groups. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to organize youth groups on canoe outings and present educational program on the natural history of the river and surrounding habitats. There is access to a variety of habitats at our headquarters and beyond and programs can focus on a wide range of river related topics. The position will be for 35 hrs. per week and last for 12 weeks this summer. This is a paid position and will be ideal for a student or recent graduate with a keen interest in environmental education and river protection.
