Description
Provide support for local measures that seek to address factors contributing to the larger-scale stressors of climate change and sea level rise (for instance, measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions). Engage community in discussions of opportunities to adapt to some of the unavoidable consequences of sea level rise, climate change and other externally-driven issues.
