Description
Develop and implement land conservation plan for northeastern Massachusetts’ coastal watersheds. An emphasis should be placed on protecting lands of high conservation value with respect to their influence on water quantity, water quality and ecosystem integrity (including rare species) in the region. Set goal to protect half the lands identified as Conservation Focus areas by 2025.
