Action 32: Create Model Municipal Integrated Water Resources Management Program

Create model municipal-level program that integrates water supply, wastewater, stormwater, habitat and land use management. Seek to implement and test program in one or more communities and use lessons learned to scale to a region-wide implementation of integrated water resource management (IWRM) principles.
